At Kiro, we want you to love your beauty routine; if a product isn't the right fit for your skin, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure items are gently used or unopened to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is identified correctly.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
